You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You agree to use SoulChat in a manner consistent with these terms and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your interactions with AI companions and the content you create.

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take action against accounts that violate these terms.

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving, depicting, or referencing minors in any inappropriate context
• Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any person
• Attempting to use the platform for fraud, scams, or deception
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Sharing or distributing malware or harmful code
• Attempting to circumvent safety measures or content filters

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

SoulChat offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice

SoulChat companions are AI-powered entities. They are not real people. Please understand that:

• AI companions do not have genuine emotions, consciousness, or sentience
• Responses are generated by machine learning models and may occasionally be inaccurate
• Companions should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
• The quality of AI responses may vary and improve over time

SoulChat is designed for entertainment and companionship. It is not a substitute for real human relationships or professional services.

The SoulChat platform, including its design, code, branding, and features, is owned by SoulChat and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By using SoulChat, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data and conversation history will be permanently removed.

SoulChat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
